Tame That Technique

Expand your skills as you learn techniques to construct, embellish and finish your projects. In this workshop you will insert zippers, do hemstitching, rolled hems, texturing and piping, to name a few. Everyone will walk away with a notebook full of samples, instructions, and tips that will improve your sewing skills, inspire you to create new projects, and love sewing even more! This class is for anyone who loves to sew or for new and emerging sewers who want to learn more about dressmaking and home décor techniques. We have some feet for sharing, so bring all your sewing machine feet and work hands-on whenever you can.

Kit: Includes specialty needles (wing, twin), thread, zips, fabrics, stabilizers, and a reference notebook with pages and inserts.
