Join our new instructor, Linnea, as you embark on your absolute beginner sewing journey!  Linnea uses her years of sewing and quilting experience along with university studies in both Clothing and Textiles and Education to set you up for success.  Her goal is to help you gain confidence and a solid foundation of sewing skills through her project-based course.  With Linnea’s help, you will discover just how fun and rewarding sewing can be.  

This is the class for absolute beginners - sewing straight lines and using simple templates, you will create a variety of easy projects for your home that are also perfect for gifts.  Work on projects such as a handy pin cushion, a beautiful cotton cushion cover, placemats, a travel folio with a Velcro closure, and a tote bag.  Gain confidence and have fun while learning what supplies you need and how to use them to start sewing today!
