Hand Applique: Spring Sprouts - 3 Classes Mar 30 & Apr 6, 13

In this class you will learn two ways to applique and layer: needle turn where the shape is traced on the right side of the fabric, and spray starch method where the shape is ironed onto the wrong side and starch is painted on the seam allowances and turned over with an iron.  Blocks are 8” finished and although there are only 4 blocks taught, you can make all 12.  During the last class you will make the sawtooth star in the sashing to complete a beautiful design.
